BYB Bio is a brand operated by BYB Bio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“BYB Bio,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing any product from BYB Bio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Product photographs are provided for identification and general informational purposes and may not precisely represent the product received.
BYB Bio reserves the right to modify product packaging, labeling, specifications, availability, or other product characteristics without prior notice.
Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”) are available for BYB Bio products.
COAs are provided for research and informational purposes and relate to the sample or batch identified on the applicable certificate.
A COA should not be interpreted as a representation that a product is suitable, approved, safe, or intended for human or veterinary use.
Purchasers remain responsible for independently determining whether a product is suitable for their intended research application.
Nothing appearing on the Website or communicated by BYB Bio constitutes medical advice.
Information regarding peptides, compounds, chemical characteristics, scientific research, published studies, mechanisms, or other scientific information is provided solely for general educational and research purposes.

The purchaser assumes responsibility for identifying and complying with appropriate safety procedures applicable to the materials purchased.
BYB Bio currently sells and ships products only within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Products may be shipped throughout the United States, subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and shipping restrictions.
BYB Bio reserves the right to refuse shipment to any jurisdiction or location at any time if we determine that fulfilling the order may violate applicable law, regulation, carrier policy, or Company policy
Submitting an order through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase products.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order.
BYB Bio reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for any lawful reason, including:
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and before products have been shipped, the amount collected for the cancelled portion of the order will be refunded.
Orders are generally processed within two (2) business days after successful payment.

Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise stated at checkout or otherwise arranged by BYB Bio.
Delivery times provided by USPS or displayed on the Website are estimates only.
BYB Bio does not guarantee carrier delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, natural disasters, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is determined to have been lost in transit, BYB Bio will provide a replacement shipment at no additional product cost to the customer.
A package will not necessarily be considered lost merely because delivery has been delayed.
BYB Bio may require reasonable time for USPS tracking updates or a carrier investigation before determining that a shipment has been lost.
Replacement shipments are subject to verification of the original order, shipping address, and tracking information.
BYB Bio reserves the right to require additional delivery verification, signature confirmation, or an alternate delivery address for replacement shipments where repeated delivery problems occur.
If a product arrives damaged, BYB Bio will replace the damaged product.
Customers should notify BYB Bio promptly after delivery and may be required to provide:
Approved damage claims will generally be resolved through product replacement rather than a monetary refund.
Damage resulting from improper handling or storage after delivery is not eligible for replacement.

Our replacement policies for verified lost shipments and products damaged during shipment are described above.

A cancellation request is not effective until confirmed by BYB Bio.
Once an order has been shipped or transferred to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be cancelled.
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
BYB Bio reserves the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice.
The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing, typographical, technical, or Website errors.
BYB Bio reserves the right to cancel an order resulting from a pricing or technical error.
Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed when applicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits any lawful rights a customer may have regarding a payment dispute.
BYB Bio reserves the right to suspend or refuse future orders associated with fraudulent activity, abusive chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.
BYB Bio does not guarantee any particular research, analytical, experimental, chemical, biological, or other result from the use of its products.
Research outcomes may vary based on numerous factors outside BYB Bio’s control.
The purchaser is solely responsible for designing, conducting, validating, interpreting, and documenting their research.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

The purchaser assumes responsibility for implementing appropriate laboratory safety practices and determining the hazards associated with their intended research
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BYB BIO LLC, ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

BYB Bio assumes no responsibility for prohibited or unauthorized use of its products to the maximum extent permitted by law.

BYB Bio shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, transportation interruptions, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, governmental actions, public emergencies, supply shortages, power failures, communications outages, or similar events.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or modified as necessary to make it enforceable.
The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
